SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Keystone

The hotel itself was great, big pool, a small basketball play area just outside the the pool are, 3 different outdoor sitting areas-the one outside Spring Hill area is very dirty I would say stay away from this one. We enjoy our stayed for sure visiting family in the nearby area. the front desk customer service team was somewhat rude and always on their cellphones. The big time manager wanna be was no help either, not once I saw him greet the guest or acknowledge them. I also told him about the Spring Hill outdoor sitting area needing a deep clean but he just kind of ignored me. However the housekeepers and the breakfast area crew were very friendly and helpful, if you need help just ask one of them and skip the front desk, they’re good for nothing. Also, I didn’t get my point for the stay.

It’s a great stay for us, we spent 3 nights here and we have little kids and an elder. The service was great, hotel and room are very cleaned and spacious, nice and neat indoor pool area, the breakfast was excellent (pancake, waffle, bagels, oatmeal with various healthy toppings, hams and sausages, etc) they also have hot coffee bar 247…beds were comfy as well…it’s about 20-30mins drive from downtown but since parking and breakfast are included we think it’s worth the drive if you are also looking for quiet nights~thanks for hosting us these days~

I really like the location of this hotel. I think check in needs to be communicated better when you are staying in Springhill suites but need to enter in Residence lobby for check in. The walls in this hotel are extremely thin. You can hear a person flushing their toilet, you can hear someone snoring. I requested things in my room on the app but upon arrival the items were not there. I called and spoke to Charles, same person that checked me in. Charles said he would bring items up to me but after hours of waiting items never came. A afro American woman (i think her name was Angela,she was working on 3/22/25 evening was so kind to bring items. I appreciated Springhill suites allowing me early check in and Cynthia granted me late check out on 3/23/25. Breakfast was nice,plenty of options. I had never had chicken sausage. The hotel is extremely clean, smelled wonderful. I would return but I would have to be in a room not next to anyone. Overall my stay was nice.

I was here on business, but this will be my go-to place whenever I’m in Indianapolis! The hotel offers everything you need, clean, spacious rooms, a comfortable work area, and modern amenities that make the stay enjoyable. There’s a nice indoor pool and gym for relaxation and fitness, plus a beautiful lake nearby that’s perfect for a morning or evening walk. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away. The location is also a big plus. It’s close to great restaurants, and you’re right by many of the auto dealerships, which makes it super convenient if you’re in town for car shopping or business meetings. Whether you’re visiting for work, a family vacation, or even a romantic getaway, this hotel has a little something for everyone. The balance of comfort, location, and value makes it one of the best places to stay in the area.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Indianapolis area. I have stayed here 20+ nights over last three years and it's always pleasant.

This is very modern and clean hotel in a convenient location. The public areas look new, even though it has been open for five years. On a recent cold and wet evening, the lobby floors and hallways were being constantly mopped, contributing to an upscale feel (think Marriott in Japan). The rooms are spacious, and even have a walk-in closet. Breakfast was just average; the scrambled eggs had an off-taste, like they were old and not fresh. The pancake machine was a nice touch. Priced below many competitors, this hotel is an excellent value.

Stopped at this hotel during a recent road trip. It is located in a great area. It seemed safe and clean during our trip. There was plenty of parking and the hotel did not seem overly crowded. There are a lot of shopping areas and restaurants in the vicinity so if that is something that you are looking for, you should be able to find something that meets your needs or wants. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is nice, if you want to take advantage of it. The only issue I ran into was being given a accessiblity room when I did not request one and the room could use a few upgrades. Other than that, it is fine for an overnight stay with plenty in the area to offer.
